An Illustration that I’ve slowly been working on during my lunch breaks. I don’t normally take my time quite this much, but it was really enjoyable!
This is available as a hand signed and numbered, limited edition print run in my Etsy shop.
Adobe Photoshop CS5, CS6 & Wacom Intuos 5.

Vatican museum
omgomgomg, this was my FAVORITE section of the Vatican when we took a tour through it two years ago. These pictures absolutely do no justice whatsoever to the art, which is on the ceiling. I do remember the painters were German, and our guide was just incredible - ask her any question about any THING in the museum, she knew it. Damn, I wish I could remember more, because she talked at length about these when I asked her. The colors were so rich and vivid, and I would love to go back and see them again.
brb
spending all day hunting down this artist/these artists haha
EDIT: The artist is Ludwig Seitz! and these frescoes are located in the Galleria dei Candelabri ◕ ‿ ◕
